Its patented open-sided architecture gives clinicians the lateral access that conventional specula can’t provide — and the ExEm® Foam procedure demands. Available in Medium (24 mm) and Wide (33 mm), in Clean White and Crystal Clear, with an optional smoke plume extraction version (Open SPX) for procedures requiring it.
