Products will be shipped the next working day after the order is received.

Shipping timeframes are typically 2 -3 working days for EU countries.

Returns

Return is possible until 14 days after receipt of the product. Return is possible only if the packaging is unopened and the product is undamaged.

Return is not possible for B2B clients

The return costs of returning will not be more than the total delivery of the article. These are goods that are shipped with a special carrier according the size and / or weight of these items.

The return item should be packed in original packaging and in a carton.

Do not attach stickers or tape on the product. Products / packages that are damaged will not be credited.

Returns without notification can not be accepted.

If the product is damaged or not working, we will reimburse the shipping costs in all other cases, you bear the shipping costs for return shipment.
